About The Huskies

Our background

While many female athletes start competing in high school, we have found that opportunities for younger female athletes are limited. I didn't find my interest in basketball until high school, I immediately took to it. By the end of my junior year, it began to click. I was finally starting to be pretty good at it and found myself wishing I had the opportunity to start playing at an earlier age. Now, after over 25 years of coaching both boys and girls and being able to be a part of so many great student athlete's journeys, I am able to bring my wish to reality and provide opportunities for the young ladies of Fitchburg to start their athletic dreams at a young age. I am grateful to my family and to my supporters in the community for making this possible.

Our Support Team

Our support team consists of my coaches and my family. It also includes support from local business owners and individuals in the community like you. Check in often to see all the latest updated schedules, events and game results.

Our Winning Philosophy

We believe in sportsmanship first. The sport is the game, and we are all in it together. While We are very competitive, We also want to support all the competitors as we strive to make the sport of basketball great. We work every day to better ourselves, better our athletes and to better the game.
